Delivery Policy

At Adinaatri, we partner with Dhelivery to ensure your Rakhi and festive products reach you safely and on time. Please read our delivery terms below.

1. Delivery Partner

All orders placed on Adinaatri are shipped via Dhelivery, our trusted courier partner.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to track your shipment.

2. Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

During festive/peak season (e.g., Raksha Bandhan), delivery may take slightly longer due to high order volumes. We recommend ordering in advance to ensure timely delivery before the festival.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, as communicated on the website.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across serviceable pin codes covered by Dhelivery.

If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or via email after order placement.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order status using the tracking link/ID shared once the order is shipped.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, natural events, or incorrect/incomplete address details are beyond our control.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

7. Damaged or Broken Packages

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

If the product is found broken or damaged, do not accept a heavily tampered package if possible, and report it immediately to return@adinaatri.com within 48 hours, along with photos/video of the damaged item and packaging.

8. Address Changes

Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible at return@adinaatri.com if you need to update your address.
